This DVD is fantastic. The workouts are 30 minutes, so you can do as much or as little as you like and the yoga workout is just right to relax after an aerobic workout. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get fit and back in shape.

I am a fan of Davina and have all of her dvds this one lives up to the others and i think the music is better on this one too. i love the kickfit workout the most and the upper body workout is great, you can see results quickly. Well done Davina, cant wait for the next one.
Worth buying for Yoga Stretch alone July 18, 2010

There are 2 reasons to buy this workout DVD. The first is that if you don't have much time, or an hour workout seems too daunting, all 4 half-hour workouts on this DVD will work you up into a credible sweat. The other is the Yoga Stretch which, at 13 minutes (9.5 minutes if you leave out the meditation at the end), you can stretch all of the major muscle groups while your body is cooling off, and I highly recommend it as an add on to ANY workout.
The only reason why I am not giving the DVD 5 stars is that I personally prefer Davina's Super Body workouts. The slightly longer format with slower repetitions and a bit more breathing time in between suits me better. Also the abdominal workouts on the Super Body DVD (10 minutes in Super Abs, 10 minutes in Super 6 Pack and 7 minutes in Super Sculpt) put to shame the 3 minute abdominal sections in the fast and furious half-hour format.
My preferred workouts are:
For Aerobics: Super Abs plus Yoga Stretch (65 minutes)
For Toning: "Super Duper Sculpt"(Super Sculpt with Super Pump and Super Legs additions, then Super Six Pack) plus Yoga Stretch (78 minutes)
I am, however, happy to have the 30 minute workouts (43 with the Yoga stretch) on hand as a "quickie" option. I have also done 2 of the half-hour workouts at once, but that is a bit too high-impact for me.
Davina rocks. Buy her DVDs and get yourself a decent body tone!
