My physio advised me to take up pilates, so took a chance on buying this DVD and found it easy to follow for a beginner. Would definately reccommend it. Hope I end up with a figure like the instructor!!

I've done Pilates for over 2yrs,but could'nt go to lessons anymore,so bought this DVD not expecting it too be much good,but I thoroughly enjoy using it,and I think it helps that I have some background of Pilates. Great DVD and have recommended it to other people.

Ignore those who gave this dvd one star They do not understand Pilates It is supposed to be slow not cardio vascular
Doing the exercise slowly improves resistance and works the muscles
I have been doing Pilates for years and it is the best exercise I have ever done

Very good. I have not used all the exercises within each individual workout because there are some that do not suit me or I am unable to do but have mixed and matched and come up with my own 30 mins routine.
I like Lynne Robinson and found her easy and pleasurable to follow. I would recommend this DVD to anyone who wants to do pilates at home on their own.
